This article is a stub. You can help Pixark Wiki by expanding it.

Structures in PixARK are set up in one of several tiers with regards to how they take damage. Different creatures and weapons can damage the various Structure Tiers differently. Note that an item's structure tier may not directly correlate to what that structure is made of, in fact they often don't.

The current Structure Tiers are as follows: Thatch, Wood, Clay, Stone, Copper, Glass, Marble, Iron, Magic Wood, Steel, and Armored Glass.

Thatch[ | ]

Thatch is the lowest of all building tiers. Thatch buildings are relatively cheap, but the trade-off is that they provide little to no protection against other players or dinosaurs. If any decent kind of protection is needed, it is recommendable to upgrade to the wood tier as soon as possible.

The thatch tier includes most items made of thatch as well as many easy to craft utility structures.

Wood[ | ]

Wood is the second building tier. Wood provides much protection than thatch against other players and dinosaurs, but are still very weak compared to the higher-tier structures.

The wood tier includes most wooden structures as well as the Bamboo and Western Wood Styles.

The following items are currently set up as wood tier structures, but will most likely be corrected in a future patch to match the rest of their corresponding structure style:

Clay[ | ]

The clay tier is rather small and only contains most structures belonging to the clay structure style.

Stone[ | ]

Stone buildings are a significant step up from the lower thatch and wood tiers.

The stone tier includes most stone structures as well as those made of Sandstone and the Executive structure style.

Copper[ | ]

The copper tier is the smallest of tiers, currently only containing two items.

The following item is currently set up as copper tier structures, but will most likely be corrected in a future patch to match the rest of its corresponding structure style:

Glass[ | ]

While weak to normal attacks, items in the glass tier are resistant to magical attacks.

The glass tier is relatively small, currently only containing glass structures and a few other items which will most likely end up being listed as bugs at a later date.

The following items are currently set up as glass tier structures, but will most likely be corrected in a future patch to match the rest of their corresponding structure style:

Marble[ | ]

The marble tier is slightly stronger than the stone tier.

The marble tier is by far the largest of structure tiers and contains several different structure styles, including most marble structures and most items from the Volcanic Rock, Flash Rock, Sea Crystal, Cryolite, Mediterranean, and Magic Academy structure styles.

Iron[ | ]

The iron tier contains most of the structures made of iron.

Magic Wood[ | ]

The magic wood tier contains most structures made of magic wood as well as the Dark Wood Structure Style

Steel[ | ]

The Steel tier is the most important tier, given most of the lower-tier structures can be devastated by most attacks and creatures. Steel tier structures cannot be damaged by many types of attack.

Armored Glass[ | ]

The Armored Glass tier is very similar to the steel tier, being immune to many types of attack

Notes[ | ]

When looking at the game data, a structure's tier is saved in that item's "countsas" variable.
