The Shallows is the outer-ring zone of the Deep Ocean Biome.

Utility

The Shallows are the easiest location to acquire Coral Rock and Sea Crystal.

Notes

There seems to be no difference between the Deep Ocean outer-ring and center other then the depth of the seabed.
