The Emperor Scorpion is one of the creatures in Pixark.
Museum descriptions[]
Wild[]
The Emperor Scorpion is one of the most troublesome enemies found in underground caves. Its large pincers have strong attack power and its toxic tail can stun most creatures with its sting.
Tame[]
You can ride an Emperor Scorpion even without the saddle. Tame a group of the scorpions, then you can easily defeat a Sauropod.
Appearance[]
Behavior[]
Aggressive. Will attack weaker creatures and all players.

Taming[]
Note: Non-magical Sleepy Arrows fired from a bow or crossbow deliver extra torpor over time for 5 seconds after impact. Only two instances of this effect can be in effect at once - a third arrow hit before the effect has fully resolved will result in potential torpor being wasted. For maximum efficiency, time your shots so that they land 5 seconds apart. The numbers given here are assuming you do so.
For passive tames, there is a long wait between the first and second feedings as the creature eats, after which it follows the feeding intervals listed. These feeding intervals are estimates - the actual interval will vary per-creature based on random chance.

Combat[]
Due to its slow movement speed, it is very easy to run away from an Emperor Scorpion. All of its attacks apply torpor to their target.
Utility[]
Due to its slow speed, it is easy to tame an Emperor Scorpion even at early levels, by shooting it with Sleepy Arrows and running. It can be a powerful ally for beginners, and is rideable without a saddle, but is hampered by an incredibly slow movement speed.
The Emperor Scorpion is one of the first rideable tames able to destroy meat cubes left behind from killing enemies.
Additional notes[]
The Emperor Scorpion moves very slow, even while sprinting. To move it around more quickly, convert it into a PixBlock or have it follow you.
