Wild[edit | edit source]

It will spend most of it's time flying and will rarely land for gaining stamina

Tame[edit | edit source]

It is tameable by summoning one with a bone gryphon fossil in a summoning altar, it can sprint in air if void energy is in it's inventory, it can pick up small creature with left click too. By pressing "c" and having void energy in the inventory, the bone gryphon will charge his claw with void energy and perform a rapid double attack.

Taming[edit | edit source]

Note: Non-magical Sleepy Arrows fired from a bow or crossbow deliver extra torpor over time for 5 seconds after impact. Only two instances of this effect can be in effect at once - a third arrow hit before the effect has fully resolved will result in potential torpor being wasted. For maximum efficiency, time your shots so that they land 5 seconds apart. The numbers given here are assuming you do so.

For passive tames, there is a long wait between the first and second feedings as the creature eats, after which it follows the feeding intervals listed. These feeding intervals are estimates - the actual interval will vary per-creature based on random chance.
Error: No taming-data for "Bone Gryphon" found. If the current page is not a creature-page, write the wanted creature as first parameter. Use only the common name, found on the creature's dossier.

With their high torpidity, a Bone Gryphon can easily take several hundred Magic Tranquilizer Dart, so preparation is crucial if one wishes to avoid a long and arduous battle. It is advisable to use Magic Ballista Bolt with a Ballista Turret, as this gives the player a considerably shorter knockout time and more control of the situation as a whole.

Some players will find it worthwhile to build a taming pen to trap the Bone Gryphon

Combat[edit | edit source]

Can take on multiple enemies in the Doomlands at high levels and, if leveled correctly, will likely never die unless put into a bad situation.
